Reception

The reception is located in the Brandhof Landhaus and is your stop for check-in, check-out, payments, and for anything else we can help you with. The reception is open daily from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., but can be reached outside these hours by telephone on +43 664 1806460

Rate information

The stated overnight rates are per apartment/chalet per day and include VAT. Despite rising energy costs, we’d like to point out that we are not increasing our existing overnight rates. However, we kindly request a contribution of €1.50 per person per day towards electricity usage. We believe this is a reasonable measure given the current circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

Final cleaning

A one-time final cleaning is not included in the rates. The costs are:

In Brandhof main building

  • “Natur” apartment 1 and 5: €75.00 
  • “Natur” apartment 2, 3, 4, and 6: €95.00

In Brandhof Landhaus

  • “Lieblingsplatzl” and “Wohlfühlplatzl” apartments: €120.00

In the mountain chalets

  • “Kuschelhütte” and “Romantikhütte”: €120.00

Tourist tax

The tourist tax is charged separately. It amounts to €3.50 per person aged 15 and over per day.

Deposit and reservation

Reservations are only accepted in writing. If the amount in the reservation confirmation differs from the rates on this website, the amount listed in the reservation confirmation always applies.

Brandhof main building and Landhaus
To secure the booking, we kindly ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount to be paid within two weeks. Your reservation is only considered binding once we’ve received the deposit. You then pay the remaining balance during check-in or by bank transfer to our account before your arrival. Reservations are only accepted in writing.

Mountain chalets
To secure the booking of the “Kuschelhütte” and “Romantikhütte”, we kindly ask for a deposit of 100% of the total amount to be paid within two weeks. Your reservation is only considered binding once we’ve received the payment. You can simply transfer the due amount to our bank account. Since credit card payment is not possible on site at the mountain chalets, advance payment is the most convenient method. Our flexible cancellation policy remains in effect, ensuring that refunds are returned within 14 days of cancellation.

In times like these, a lot is uncertain. But we want you to feel secure. Taking this into consideration, we’ve relaxed our cancellation conditions for your holiday. It happens that plans take unexpected turns, and sometimes holidays need to be cancelled or ended earlier than anticipated.

Cancellation policy for stays in spring 2024
8 May until 1 July 2024

  • You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
  • From 13 days to 8 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the total amount.
  • If you cancel within the last 7 days before arrival, we charge 90% of the total amount.
  • In the event of no-show or early departure, we charge 100% of the agreed total amount.

Cancellation policy for stays in summer 2024
1 July until 15 September 2024

  • You can cancel free of charge up to 61 days before arrival.
  • From 60 days to 14 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total amount.
  • From 13 days to 8 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the total amount.
  • If you cancel within the last 7 days before arrival, we will charge 90% of the total amount.
  • In the event of no-show or early departure, we charge 100% of the agreed total amount.

15 September until the end of the summer season 2024

  • You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
  • From 13 days to 8 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the total amount.
  • If you cancel within the last 7 days before arrival, we will charge 90% of the total amount.
  • In the event of no-show or early departure, we charge 100% of the agreed total amount.

Travel insurance

Life happens, and sometimes your holidays don’t go as planned. That’s why we strongly recommend taking out hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung to save you unnecessary costs in the event of a cancellation. We’ve partnered with Europäische Reiseversicherung, which means you can easily add the insurance straight away during the booking process. The insurance can also be taken out after the booking has already been made, in which case it is valid from the 11th day after completion.

Pets

Due to the high-quality furnishings, we unfortunately cannot accommodate pets.
