Close to nature at the Brandhof organic farm
Brandhof is the heart of BrandWorld. It’s more than just the perfect base camp for your mountain holiday. Here we also operate our organic farm and rear Pustertaler Sprinzen cattle. More specifically, we manage 14 hectares of grassland, 26 hectares of forest, and the Alpine pastures around our Brandalm Alpine hut. This is located at an altitude of 1,600 metres at the foot of Mt Dachstein and offers 53 hectares of grazing space. With their Alpine flora, these areas are the basic prerequisite for high-quality green grazing and successful organic farming. The beef we serve at Brandalm comes from our very own stock and is processed on site.
